Meet the Attorneys & Staff

Ms. Rupiper is an experienced and accomplished attorney accustomed to dealing with time sensitive, complex matters and diverse populations. After graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2005, she practiced in civil litigation for two years, primarily focused on highly contested divorce and child custody matters, appellate work and estate litigation. She then accepted an offer of employment with the McLean County Public Defender in Bloomington, IL and spent the next 6 years aggressively defending the rights of persons accused of crimes and enjoying the privilege of working with a very experienced group of criminal law practitioners. 

Amy became managing partner of the firm January 2016.

 Although born in Kansas, Mr. Foltz has lived his entire life in East Central Illinois. After practicing in Bloomington and Lincoln, he relocated to his home town of Monticello in 1978. Since that time he has developed one of the broadest general practices in the area. Mr. Foltz is married to his wife, Jean, and has two daughters, Kristin, who practices law in Ottawa, Illinois and Lauren, who is a school teacher in Houston, Texas.
