Our office is located in the downtown Monticello’s historical district. We are located one block East of the Piatt County Courthouse. Our address is 114 E Washington St., Monticello, IL 61856.
Mr. Foltz, now retired, joined the firm in 1978 and practiced with both Carl Glasgow and Bill Glasgow. Carl Glasgow passed away in 1981. Bill Glasgow retired at the end of 2006. From 2007 until 2013, Mr. Foltz was in solo practice. In October, 2013, Amy M. Rupiper joined the firm as an associate. In January 2016, Glasgow & Foltz became Foltz & Rupiper, with Amy M. Rupiper as the managing partner.
