John Foltz
Illinois State University (1966-1970) - Following in the footsteps of his mother, Mr. Foltz entered Illinois State University in the fall of 1966. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in June, 1970.

University of Illinois College of Law (1970-1973) - A tier-one law school, Mr. Foltz was accepted as a student in the fall of 1970. He graduated with a Juris Doctor in the spring, of 1973. Mr. Foltz sat for the bar exam in August, 1973, and he was admitted to practice in November, 1973.

Continuing Legal Education - Throughout his career, Mr. Foltz has continued his legal education through courses offered by both the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Instruction for Continued Legal Education. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer at legal educational seminars present by the Illinois Township Attorneys Association.




Amy Rupiper
Southern Illinois University School of Law - Graduated in 2005. During lawschool Ms. Rupiper worked for Jackson County Public Defender in Carbondale, IL and the Bureau County State's Attorney in Princeton, IL.

Eastern Illinois University - Bachelor of Arts

Continuing Legal Education - Years of continuing legal education in criminal practice, family law, landlord/tenant law, immigration law and township law.
